Terms of Service
Last updated 14 September 2026
By using Outreach (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and readable.
What the Service is
Outreach helps you send personal, one-to-one cold emails from your own Gmail account and keep track of them. You bring your account and your contacts; the Service is the tooling around them.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate outreach. In particular, you will not:
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited mail at scale, or anything deceptive or fraudulent.
• Email people who have asked you not to, or harvested lists you have no basis to contact.
• Violate anti-spam laws that apply to you (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM), or Google's own terms and sending limits.
You are responsible for the content of your messages and for having a legitimate reason to contact each recipient.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must respect Gmail's daily sending limits — they exist to protect deliverability, and staying within them is your responsibility.
Availability & no warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, deliverability of any given email, or specific outreach results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sidequest Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove access that violates these terms or is used to harm others or Gmail's ecosystem.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
